আপনার প্রতিটি কেনাকাটা এবং প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট যাতে সঠিক থাকে, আমরা সেই লক্ষেই কাজ করে যাচ্ছি। এর পরেও যদি কোন কারণে প্রোডাক্টে কোন ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ফল্ট থাকে বা প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাবার পর প্রোডাক্ট কাজ না করে, কালার বা সাইজ অর্ডার করা পণ্যের থেকে ভিন্ন হয় সেক্ষেত্রে পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন করার সুযোগ রয়েছে। প্রোডাক্ট মিসিং বা ভিন্ন প্রোডাক্ট কমপ্লেইন করার ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি এর সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে প্রোডাক্ট বুঝে নিন অথবা অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করতে হবে। আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ ছাড়া প্যাকেজে প্রোডাক্ট মিসিং, প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ারে ভেঙ্গেছে বা প্রোডাক্ট ডিফারেন্ট এই ধরনের ইস্যু গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়- তাই ভুল বুঝাবুঝি রোধ কল্পে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করার অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।

GadgetPathan.com থেকে আমরা প্রায় সকল প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রেই ৭ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি দিয়ে থাকি এছাড়াও রয়েছে প্রায় সব প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রেই উল্লেখিত বিভিন্ন মেয়াদের ওয়ারেন্টি যা প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার দিন থেকে কার্যকর হয়।

যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ, ওয়ারেন্টি এবং রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না তার লিস্ট নিচে দেয়া হলো-
প্রোডাক্ট বার্ন বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হয়ে থাকলে
যেকোনো ধরনের সফটওয়্যার বা ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্টস
ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেলের প্রোডাক্ট
যদি প্রোডাক্ট এর ইন্ট্যাক্ট এর সিল বা স্টিকার তুলে ফেলা হয়
প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে যেকোনো ধরনের এক্সেসরিস বা চার্জার বা এডাপ্টার
যেকোনো গিফট আইটেম বা পুরষ্কার যা বিনামূল্যে দেয়া হয়েছে
প্রোডাক্টে কোন স্ক্র্যাচ বা দাগ বা রিসেলেবল কন্ডিশনে না থাকলে
থার্ড পার্টি যেকোনো হার্ডওয়্যার বা ডিভাইস বা অ্যাপ বা সফটওয়্যার এর সাথে কম্প্যাটিবিলিটি ইস্যু যা প্রোডাক্ট এর ডিফল্ট ফিচার নয়

প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পাবার পর দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে চেক করে যদি কোন প্রবলেম দেখতে পান তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাদের কাছে লিখিত অভিযোগ করুন, এক্ষেত্রে ইমেইলকে টপ প্রাইওরিটি দেয়া হবে তবে ছোট সমস্যার জন্য বা কোন প্রোডাক্ট অপারেট কিভাবে করতে হবে এটা নিয়ে কল সেন্টারে কল করে বা ফেইসবুক ইনবক্স করে হেল্প নিতে পারেন।

কোন প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করা প্রয়োজন হলে অবশ্যই এর সাথে প্রদত্ত সকল ধরনের পেপার, বক্স, এক্সেসরিস, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, স্টিকার, লেবেল, গিফট আইটেম ইত্যাদি সহ প্রপারলি বক্স করে বা আলাদা ব্যাগের মধ্যে দিয়ে (কোনভাবেই প্রোডাক্ট এর বক্সে টেপ লাগানো যাবেনা) আমাদের অফিসের ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ার করতে হবে অথবা নিজে বা অন্য কাউকে দিয়ে পাঠাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট আপনার লোকেশন থেকে পিকাপ করার সুযোগ থাকলে আমরা চেষ্টা করবো তবে সেক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ আপনাকে অগ্রিম পে করতে হবে।

প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করলে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট পুনরায় বিক্রি যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে, কোন পার্টস মিসিং হলে বা বক্স ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন রিসিভ করা হবেনা। সব কিছু ঠিক থাকলে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার পর প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে সব ঠিক থাকলে এর পর ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর ব্যাবস্থা নেয়া হবে।

প্রোডাক্ট এর কোন ফল্ট থাকলে তার জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ আমরা বহন করবো (ঢাকার ভিতরে 60 টাকা ঢাকার বাইরে 120 টাকা এর অতিরিক্ত কোন কুরিয়ার চার্জ থাকলে তা ক্রেতাকে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে) তবে মন চেঞ্জ করা বা পছন্দ না হওয়া বা অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ এবং অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট সেটেলমেন্ট চার্জ পুরোটাই কাস্টমারকেই বহন করতে হবে।

রিফান্ডের সময় ওই অর্ডারে ক্রেতা কোন ক্যাশব্যাক এবং গিফট পেয়ে থাকলে সেটি কাস্টমার থেকে ফেরত নেয়া হবে। ক্যাশব্যাক এর টাকা কেটে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।

We wish you every purchase with a good experience with the right product. Even though if there is any manufacturing fault or if the delivered product is wrong we are offering an exchange or return facility. To claim a return or exchange you must need to take an unboxing video. Without unboxing the video we will not accept the return or exchange request.

Return, exchange, Refund or Warranty won’t be applicable for the bellow conditions-

Physical Damage or burn items
All kinds of Digital products and software
Clearance sell items
If the intact seal is torn or damaged
Undergarments items
Any accessories or Charger or Adapter
Any kinds of gift items which is not paid
If the item is not in resellable conditions
If the item is not including all the accessories, papers, and other things that were delivered
If any 3rd party app or software or device is not compatible

You must need to return all the boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, gift items with the proper box and without putting any sticky tape on the product. You need to bring the item to our office or send it by courier to our office address and you need to pay the courier charge while sending the package to us.

After receiving the product we will check and let you know the status. If a refund is required it will be done within 72 hours of receiving the items.
If there is any fault of the product, we will bear the courier charge as inside Dhaka 50 Tk and outside Dhaka 100 Taka if there is any additional charges customer needs to bear that. If the product is OK but the customer still wants to return and get a refund in that case all the necessary Payment processing fee and delivery charges will be bear by the customer.

If the customer receives any discount or cashback or gift it should be taken back and refund.

পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডার এর প্রোডাক্ট যদি স্টক না থাকে বা কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর প্রবলেম এর কারণে রিটার্ন করা হলে অথবা একাধিক প্রোডাক্ট এর মধ্যে থেকে কোন একটি প্রোডাক্ট স্টক না থাকলে এবং স্বল্পতম সময়ে প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে আসার সম্ভাবনা না থাকলে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেয়া হয়। প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন এর ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট পুনরায় বিক্রিযোগ্য আছে কিনা সেটি ইভালুশন করে দেখার পর রিফান্ড এর ব্যাপারে সিধান্ত নেয়া হবে। রিটার্ন পলিসি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে এখানে ক্লিক করুন।

নিচে রিফান্ড মেথডগুলি দেয়া হল-

পেমেন্ট মেথডঃ রিফান্ড মেথড বিকাশ

রিফান্ডের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সময়ঃ রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট এর ডেট থেকে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে সেই মাধ্যমেই রিফান্ড ইনিশিয়েট করা হবে।

রিফান্ড চার্জঃ রিফান্ডের জন্য কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা অর্থাৎ আপনি যে এমাউন্ট পেমেন্ট করবেন সেই এমাউন্টই রিফান্ড করা হবে তবে প্রোডাক্ট যদি কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করা হয়ে থাকে বা ডেলিভারি হবার পর কোন কারণে (প্রোডাক্টে সমস্যা থাকলে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে) রিটার্ন করে রিফান্ড পেতে চান এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ এবং প্রসেসিং ফি বাবদ ঢাকার ভিতরের প্রতি অর্ডারে 130 টাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরের প্রতি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ২০০ টাকা + পেমেন্ট সেটেলমেন্ট ফি (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) কেটে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।

ডিস্কাউন্ট বা অফারের রিফান্ড কন্ডিশনঃ বিকাশ কোন অফার থাকলে এবং সেই অর্ডার বা ট্র্যাঞ্জাকশন রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ডিস্কাউন্ট বা ক্যাশব্যাক এমাউন্ট ফেরতযোগ্য নয় অর্থাৎ আপনি কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর জন্য অফারে ১০০০ টাকার প্রোডাক্ট ৯০০ টাকা পেমেন্ট করলে বা ১০০০ টাকা পেমেন্ট করে কোন ক্যাশব্যাক পেয়ে থাকলে রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশব্যাকের এমাউন্ট কেটে এবং ডিস্কাউন্টের ক্ষেত্রে আপনি যে এমাউন্ট পেমেন্ট করেছেন শুধু সেই এমাউন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে।

If a payment has been made for an order, but the product is out of stock, or if the product is returned due to a problem, or if one of several products in an order is out of stock and there is no likelihood of restocking the product soon, the payment will be refunded. Time Required for Refund:
Refund will be initiated through the same payment method used for the transaction, within 72 hours from the refund request date.
Refund Charges:
No charges will be applicable for the refund, meaning you will receive the exact amount paid. However, if the product was handed over to a courier or delivered, and you want to return it for a refund (for reasons like product issues, exchange, or warranty), courier charges and processing fees will be deducted from the refund. The charge is 130 BDT for orders within Dhaka and 200 BDT for orders outside Dhaka, along with any applicable payment settlement fees. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Refund Conditions for Discounts or Offers:
If there was an offer or cashback on the transaction, the discount or cashback amount will not be refunded. For example, if you paid 900 BDT for a 1000 BDT product due to an offer or received cashback after paying 1000 BDT, the refund will only be for the amount you paid (i.e., the 900 BDT), and the cashback or discount amount will be deducted.
